💵 Salary Range: $56,347 per year - $84,074 per year
🌴 Sign-on bonuses: $10K for night shifts, $5K for day shifts.
🕐 Shifts: Nights (10 PM - 6:30 AM), Rotating Weekends; 8, 10, 12 hr shifts
🌙 Differentials: Night Shift: +$2.50/hr

Join Our Expert Team: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Technologist to join our clinical laboratory team. This role is critical in performing a variety of technical diagnostic analyses, which play a key role in the treatment and care of patients.

Role and Responsibilities:

• 🧬 Conduct routine and stat laboratory tests across disciplines like Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology.
• 💻 Efficiently manage laboratory data systems to ensure data accuracy.
• 🌡️ Ensure the laboratory's operational standards are met, including regulatory compliance with CAP.
• 🛠️ Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot to uphold lab operational standards.
• 📊 Manage quality control procedures and ensure they meet required specifications.
• 📑 Handle critical lab results and specimens according to established protocols.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Minimum Associate Degree in a relevant field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 🧪 State of Florida Technologist License required or ability to obtain one during the interview process.
• 🌟 At least 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• 💉 BLS certification preferred.
