We are currently seeking a DB2 Database Administration Advisor to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $59/hr-$69.86/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Job Description:

• Supports databases in various environments.
• Installs, configures, plans and maintains systems.
• Develops and administers company reporting and data extraction requirements.
• Designs and implements database security policies and procedures, ensures accuracy and availability of data and conducts performance tuning on relational databases and servers.
• Evaluates new database technologies and tools, sets database system and programming standards, applies database technology to business problems and manages the development and production database environments with emphasis on security, availability and performance.

  • DSM Implementation
  • Database Design Review and Health Check
  • CDC option for cutover/back-out
• Document DRDA Replacement
• Document OAM Replacement
• DP4DRDA solution sanity test

Required Skills:

• 8+ Years of DB2 Administration Experience
