Job Description:

• The primary focus of this role will be executing on data-driven digital initiatives, with the objective of growing disease state education and patient acquisition.
• Responsible for implementing consumer-driven contact tactics across all touchpoints in both a consumer and patient’s journey.
• Experience in integrated marketing communications (Ie. Email, SMS, Social)
• Experience in digital operations execution: targeting, test design, marketing automation and analysis.
• Knowledge of CRM database functions and Marketing Automation tools (Ie. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce CRM experience required. (Biotech/Pharma/Medical Device/Healthcare)
