Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team at 3M in Chicago, Illinois. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve company goals - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends - Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance - Coordinate with vendors and external partners for marketing initiatives - Manage social media channels and engage with followers - Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows - Support the sales team with marketing collateral and tools - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
