Accounting & Finance Manager - 1898928 - with Growth Opportunities

Essential Functions

1.Define the Units goals and objectives; establish action plans for achieving them

2.Perform advanced and/or specialized work that requires comprehensive knowledge of accounting theories and principles

3.Improve working practices and procedures to increase efficiency

4.Serve as a technical advisor in Accounting and financing

5.May design an accounting information system

6.Calculating the plans associated to taxpaying of the following year

7.Conduct inspections of bookkeeping documents and vouchers

8.Conduct daily checks on the work of the Unit; approve overtime work

9.Review and approve bookkeeping documents and vouchers; confirm a general ledger account

10. Calculate taxes and perform bookkeeping of them

11. Review and confirm selective items associated with taxes in a general ledger account

12. Prepare and perform bookkeeping of annual, quarterly, and monthly tax returns; keep track of the financial remittance

13. Compile, review, track, and correct financial data, and prepare routine financial reports.

14. Compile necessary documents for a year-end audit

15. Completing month and year end closing processes; reconciling assigned ledgers, bank statements

16. Completing journal entries; and preparing and reviewing standard reports.

17. Prepares financial forecasts and basic financial reports.

Education & Experience

1.Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field and three year accounting experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

1.Several years of relevant experience required; previous experience in the manufacturing industry desired

2.CPA or CPA candidate preferred

3.Knowledge of ERP System(SAP) preferred

4.Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); K-IFRS knowledge preferred

Economics and Accounting

Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data

Computers and Electronics

Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming

Mathematics

Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications

Clerical

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology

Administration and Management

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
