The Global IMPACT team—*I*ntegrated *M*arketing, *P*artnerships, *A*ction, *C*ommunications, and *T*he Climate Pledge (TCP)—establishes Amazon’s leadership in corporate sustainability by demonstrating how we use our size and scale to have a positive impact on people and the planet. This team works both within Amazon and externally on partnerships and joint initiatives.
Bring your passion for data, sustainability, technology and marketing insights to the Worldwide Sustainability (WWS) Global IMPACT team – Integrated Marketing, Partnerships, Action, Communications, and The Climate Pledge - team help establish Amazon as the private sector leader in Sustainability.
As Sr. Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for creating a culture of Insights within the IMPACT team, helping to shape business strategies through customer understanding and market analysis as well as developing and executing customer learning and insights strategies to shape business decisions across IMPACT and partner teams. You will bring your proven analytical and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement and optimize our reach.
This position offers an opportunity to leverage your understanding of marketing and behavior of the corporate sustainability community.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop research strategies and partnerships with to deliver strategic business guidance. Program manage insights resources available to full IMPACT team.
• Manage scalable solutions to unblock self-service for everyday insights needs.
• Develop Insights sharing mechanisms with partner teams and business units to drive business strategies.
• This includes: delivering timely insights to the right stakeholders; regularly running insights events such as presentations and workshops with attendance open to all of World-Wide Sustainability; training to incorporate insights into their team docs, and other mechanisms.
• Using raw data to do modeling to use for planning and forecasting trends.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience in Corporate Sustainability
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Quicksight (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in marketing or marketing research
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or Graduate Degree
- Experience with ESG Reporting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
