We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Phoenix, Arizona, US. As an Entry Level Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and assisting with various account management tasks.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Assist with account renewals and updates - Support Account Managers with various tasks as needed - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required
