Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


PVH is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Fort Worth, Texas, US. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations - Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure client needs are met - Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth - Analyze client data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and overall client experience - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
