• Worksite Location: Litchfield, MN (hybrid, 2 days in office)
• $75-100k
• No direct reports, Sr. Accountants encouraged to apply!

What you’ll do as an Accounting Manager:

• Perform month-end close process, including processing journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Work daily with the Area General Manager to support business decisions and drive process improvement and profitability in the financial and operating value streams
• Work with the Regional Finance Manager to support financial planning and analysis with the Service Center, including annual budget development
• Provide guidance to the Finance staff for job costing, inventory counting & analysis, accounts payable, labor entry, expense reporting
• Perform Ad-Hoc analysis to drive data-based decisions to grow sales and profitability

What you’ll bring to the Accounting Manager role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of Accounting experience preferred
• Cost Accounting is required
• Proficient with MS Excel/Word/Outlook
• Working knowledge of accounting systems and month-end close processes
