Job Description - Accreditation Manager

Overview:

As an Accreditation Manager at Evidence In Motion (EIM), you will lead and supervise a team of Accreditation Coordinators, contributing to our hybrid education mission by ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance for graduate and post-graduate healthcare education across our University Partner (UP) and Post-Professional divisions. Reporting to the Associate Director of Accreditation and Assessment, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project management, team coordination, and task completion for various services, ensuring the fulfillment of our commitment to UPs and Post-Professional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following)

· Supervise a team of Accreditation Coordinators, providing guidance and mentorship in project management, accreditation compliance, and team coordination.

· Develops and maintains accurate, up-to-date records, files, and systems with timely reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).

· Research, interpret, and document the accreditation standards mandated by various accrediting bodies with regulatory authority over EIM and UP healthcare education programs. These accrediting bodies include institutional, programmatic, and state agencies with accreditation and compliance responsibilities.

· Document the interpretation and application of accreditation standards related to UP programmatic accreditation and EIM’s Post Professional healthcare education division.

· Lead the team in providing comprehensive support to UP programs, including accreditation, equipment, and faculty management.

· Oversee the Accreditation Coordinator support of UP programs, ensuring the collection, quality review, and editing of required faculty documentation, and supporting logistics planning. Documents may include Curriculum Vitae, qualifications and credentials, and contemporary expertise narratives.

· Ensure the approval of Continuing Education Courses by proper state or national associations, as required by accrediting bodies, across multiple disciplines.

· Authors self-assessment reports to document course effectiveness and student feedback, as required by Post Professional accrediting associations and University Partner accreditors.

· Monitors, audits, and provides feedback on processes and systems that ensure accreditation compliance.

· Participates and assists in coordination of accreditation onsite visits – some travel may be required.

· Coordinates Accreditation Coordinator support of the development and compilation of accreditation documents (i.e., narratives, appendices, etc.) according to established timelines and in collaboration with Accreditation Project Managers.

· Prepare relevant reports and data analysis based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and inquiries from EIM or program partner leadership.

· Builds and maintains positive relationships with teammates and external stakeholders using effective and appropriate communication strategies.

· Supports and teaches the management team, staff, and accreditation stakeholders on accreditation processes and plans to ensure accreditation compliance.

· Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.

· Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

Key Qualifications

Education:

o Minimum Qualification: Associate’s Degree or 3-5 years of related project management experience

· Required:

o Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented.

o Must be action and goal oriented.

o Ability to thrive in a diversified working environment and deal with ambiguity.

o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Accreditation team.

o Ability to proficiently operate a computer and basic office equipment.

o Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and other productivity enhanced applications.

o Ability to learn new computer programs and have high technical aptitude.

o Demonstrates a helpful, positive, and pro-active attitude.

o Ability to work with tight deadlines.

o Must be flexible and capable of multi-tasking.

· Preferred:

o Demonstrated experience in project management.

o Accreditation or compliance experience

o Knows how to get stuff done
