As the Assistant Dean of Development for Humanities, your ability to think strategically and creatively will serve as driving force in providing the leadership, direction, and inspiration to the division’s fundraising staff. You will manage a team with a robust portfolio that includes significant gifts, ranging from $5 to $15 million. Utilizing your fundraising experiences, you will design and implement a comprehensive development plan and will work closely with the Dean and high-level faculty, ensuring strategic engagement and effective stewardship.
