Position Overview:
Are you ready to dive into a role where you'll work closely with a client revolutionizing the restaurant and entertainment industry nationwide? As an Associate, Tactical Sourcing, you'll be a vital part of our Client Services team, reporting directly to the Managing Director, Sourcing and Procurement. Your focus will be on executing savvy sourcing strategies, managing a range of indirect categories, and ensuring seamless RFx processes. What You'll Do: Craft and execute sourcing strategies across various indirect categories.
Take the lead in managing RFx processes and nurturing supplier relationships.
Dive into negotiations, ensuring the best pricing and service agreements for our clients.
Play a key role in building and maintaining a top-tier supply chain.
Provide insightful cost analysis reports to our leadership team and stakeholders.
What You Bring: A Bachelor's degree that serves as your launchpad.
A minimum of three years' experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
Solid expertise in indirect procurement, supply chain management, and RFx processes.
A knack for problem-solving, leadership, and clear communication.
Flexibility and adaptability in navigating dynamic environments and building strong relationships.
Proficiency in financial analysis and planning.
