Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Laboratory Corp. of America (LabCorp) is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls to provide exceptional customer service to clients. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. 3. Process orders, schedule appointments, and update customer records in the system. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient call center operations. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism at all times. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals set by management.

Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits to thrive in a work-from-home environment. 2. Excellent people management skills and ability to work well in a team setting. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficiency in using call center software and computer applications. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
