CBP LSOTA - Data Analyst

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to The Land Systems Operational Test Authority (LSOTA) serves as the maintainer for the Data Repository for CBP acquisition programs.

The contractor shall establish and maintain a data repository for LSOTA. The data repository will be used to provide the full OT&E traceability of the test requirements, data collected, evaluation utilities and tools, test results, and OT&E findings for each OT&E program. The data repository shall:

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

Document test requirements as defined in the Operational Evaluation Framework for each OT&E program.
Catalog test data against the test requirements.
Catalog the post OT&E analysis approach.
Document and store test analysis and data analysis tools and utilities.
Trace test results to test requirements for each OT&E program.
Catalog and track test failures, and OT&&E findings for each OT&E program.
Be searchable by acquisition program, portfolio, and by test type.

Required Qualifications:

• At a minimum hold a bachelor's degree.
• Resume showing a minimum of six years former military experience or a minimum of two years of experience as a Test and Evaluation Engineer.
• Agile Methodology
• Must have and maintain a Secret Clearance for the duration of the period of performance.
• Have basic level working knowledge of Microsoft: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook.
• Can comprehend the current threat environments, current capabilities, and apply analysis to communicate and address capability gaps.
• Experience in developing, executing test and evaluation strategy in support of large, complex programs.
• Must have a broad spectrum of technical fields and engineering disciplines
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills required

Clearance : Must be able to acquire a CBP BI.

Support Hours: The contractor is responsible for conducting business while the facility is open, between the hours of 0800-1630 Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

Place of Performance: Washington, DC .

Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract.
