Certified Healthcare Risk Manager

A leading surgical hospital located in the heart of Indiana is now seeking an experienced Certified Healthcare Risk Manager to join their award winning healthcare team.

This renowned healthcare organization is known as one of the largest specialty practices in the Midwest, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a professional patient-centered environment. The team combines experienced medical professionals that specialize in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement, spine care, hand and upper extremity surgery, foot and ankle care, and physical therapy. This organization is also ACR accredited and HFAP certified.

Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Certified Healthcare Risk Manager serves as the system administrator for all risk reporting systems, complaint and grievances, and root cause analysis modules. Other responsibilities include responding to and investigating risk related incidents, maintains documentation, identifies areas of improvement and assists leadership teams to develop action plans, monitors the success of improvement efforts, provides general risk management education, and works closely with Legal, General Counsel, and Administrative leaders.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Degree from an accredited college or university in related field
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM)
• Working knowledge of healthcare risk management standards
