Client Relations Manager

We are seeking a hard-working and highly motivated individual to support our Manager in overseeing property operations, leading the Client Services department, and spearheading employee training, motivation, and development. As a key contact person for clients, you will deliver unparalleled customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client and customer needs and provide a professional communication channel.
• Engage in in-person conversations with clients and new customers to discuss product and service needs.
• Maintain knowledge of client services, product offerings, special promotions, and track campaign results, making recommendations as necessary.
• Deliver professional customer service, including product and service knowledge, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and add-on sales.
• Implement client marketing plans, including product positioning in retail locations, campaign strategies, and tracking demographic trends.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet or exceed client campaign goals.
• Monitor individual progress to provide coaching and understand employee developmental needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, especially client services, is a plus.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness and ability to be trained and learn from entry level into a management position.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Organized thought process with the ability to complete tasks under pressure.
