Commercial Construction Estimator Established Commercial General Contractor is seeking an Estimator their Commercial Construction Operations. This group has a track record for excellence resulting from a combination of wide-ranging experience, exceptional teamwork, and phenomenal growth. Their pipeline is significantly higher than anticipated for the next couple years. Additionally, our client places a strong emphasis on positive company culture and they want to grow their team with strong construction professionals. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage all documentation to ensure projects are compliant, on schedule, and within budget - Obtain, assemble, and distribute drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy, and lien releases - Schedule projects in logical steps - Accurately budget time required to meet project deadlines - Build and maintain strong relationships - Track and analyze data to reduce gaps between estimates and actual costs - Prepare and present documentation to clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project personnel - Assist with post-bid buyouts Key qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of ground-up, commercial construction estimating experience required - B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred - Must have estimating experience with General Contractor - Proficient using construction estimating software - Experience with conceptual estimating - Effective communicator both verbal and written Contact with a resume for more information All conversations 100% confidential Cordell Nilson All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
