Job Summary:

We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Content Specialist to our marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies aimed at engaging our target audience and enhancing brand visibility. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience who is passionate about content marketing and eager to grow in the field.

• Develop engaging content across multiple platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies aligned with business goals and audience interests.
• Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for user experience, monitoring performance, and making data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate content distribution across various channels, maximizing reach and engagement.
• Maintain a content calendar for timely delivery of assets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Uphold brand voice and messaging guidelines across all content channels.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy and optimization efforts.
• Work with internal teams to align content initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Experience with content analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

While previous experience in a similar role is a plus, we are open to considering recent graduates or individuals looking to break into the content creation field.
