At Adobe Podcast, we're building an AI-first web platform to let everyone create professional-level audio and video content without needing to be an authority. We’re a small, cross-functional team that combines the agility and innovation of a startup with the support and resources of an established leader in the world of creativity. With a focus on lean processes and minimal overhead, we're able to move quickly, bringing new features and improvements to our users at a rapid pace. We're currently seeking a Customer Education & Success Manager passionate about driving the future of audio for Adobe. In this role, you can expect to work closely with a cross-functional Adobe ecosystem including Account Executives, Marketing, Consulting and Product specialists to develop new value propositions for AI audio, build awareness of our AI audio offering, and reveal new growth opportunities for our customers and related teams. In addition, you will work with our customers to build strong partnerships, drive adoption of our products/solutions, and ultimately ensure they realize value from their investment. This position offers a unique opportunity to join our New York-based collaborative team and work closely with an expert product leader who has started multiple successful companies and products. Take charge of customer support, supervising the triage, partner concern, and resolution of product issues. Design a scalable support system that accommodates millions of users. Enhance product and design by working closely with design and engineering.
Serve as a leader in evangelizing our products, educating internal Sales teams, and growing marketing efforts to elevate awareness of Adobe's Podcast and Audio Services.
Craft and distribute written materials, build engaging video and audio resources, and launch email campaigns to expedite customers' learning curve and drive them towards those enlightening "aha" moments.
Strengthen the community by empowering Adobe fans and evangelists, handling affiliate/influencer programs, and driving educational outreach to foster a knowledgeable and dedicated user base.
Collaborate with strategic partners on co-marketing ventures, refine channel and reseller programs, and cultivate educational partnerships that contribute to our shared vision for the future of audio at Adobe.
Manage pivotal B2B and B2C relationships, highlight lighthouse accounts, and nurture significant partnerships that propel the reach and impact of AI Audio at Adobe. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
8+ years of Customer Success experience in Software as a Service, Digital Marketing
Passion for driving customer success and measurable outcomes
Track record of working across internal teams to get things done
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster joint partnership
Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $94,900 -- $186,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
