Job Description - Customer Experience Services

Job Title: Customer Experience Services Sr. Consultant TS/SCI
Level: Mid-Level
Travel Required: None
Visa Support: Not supported
Location: Fairfax, VA, United States of America
Salary: $110,200.00 to $148,800.00 USD
Bonus: 5% Bonus Opportunity
Relocation Package: None

Must-Haves:

  1. Top Secret Clearance with full scope polygraph.
  2. Located within a commutable distance from Fairfax, VA (no hybrid work schedule available).
  3. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the related field.
  4. Experience with client CM implementation and service-related work.
  5. Strong technical knowledge and experience with the client's product portfolio.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop testing strategies and plans with clients and partners.
  • Implement and test architecture designs for global deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for the customer's voice network operations.
  • Manage and maintain voice call flow traffic and telecommunication platforms.
  • Oversee the migration of call flows and manage administrative tasks.
  • Produce and maintain documentation for communication management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or an applied Science.
  • Certification by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) in Microbiology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Microbiology Lab.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical lab.

Interview Steps:

  1. 1st interview with Hiring Manager - 30-60 mins phone call or virtual meeting.
  2. 2nd Technical/Panel interview with the hiring team - virtual meeting.
  3. Additional interviews may be required.
  4. HR round.
