Cog Comm is looking for Customer Service Reps to join our team. We are currently hiring for remote/work from home positions. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in resolving various issues
• Maintain a tidy and professional work area
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
