Job Description - Customer service coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing customer information into the database while providing exceptional customer service. Our client, is a growing organization that likes to promote from within for their high performers. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer data into the database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed established productivity goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or data entry is preferred.
