Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Graybar Electric, a leading distributor of electrical, communications, and data networking products, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis in San Jose, California. This position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level who possesses strong communication and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and implement improvements - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service management - Proven track record of leading teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent research and analysis skills
