Data Entry Agent (Typist)

Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Data Entry Agent, where you'll play a key role in supporting data enrichment tasks for our clients. We value high-quality work and your contribution to our quality control process. Key Responsibilities:
Data Enrichment Tasks: Review and complete tasks as defined and trained by the client.
Application Data Entry: Input data accurately and efficiently.
Vendor Resource Verifications: Verify resources and certifications.
Board Certifications: Follow up with various state boards to check statuses.
Voice/Non-Voice Processes: Handle both voice and non-voice processes as required.
Call Management: Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Information Verification: Cross-check information using online databases to verify data provided by third-party entities.

Qualifications:
Versatility: Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability: Able to commit to 40 hours per week, starting immediately.

WFH Setup: Must be able to support a work-from-home setup.
