Description:

The Judge Group has a new opportunity for a Data Management Contract Lead. This will be for a Full Time opportunity and will be running off of a hybrid schedule in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Management Contract Lead at Draper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of contracts and the timely delivery of customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

Task Leadership:

· Lead a team responsible for organizing, managing, and tracking deliverable items across the company.

· Oversee the entire lifecycle of program deliverables, from contract award to contract close-out, ensuring on-time delivery metrics are met.

Collaboration and Communication:

· Interface with program managers and team members to understand contract requirements, customer deliverables, and deliverable status.

· Supervise the input, receipt, and transmission of customer deliverable data sourced from contracts, program schedules, and CDRLs/SDRLs.

Metrics Reporting:

· Develop and report deliverable metrics to program and executive leadership teams on a scheduled basis.

· Coordinate with program managers, contracts, and customers to address late or potentially late deliverables, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.

Process Optimization:

· Create and manage streamlined processes using business and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools to enhance deliverable management efficiency.

· Maintain a data repository for submitted deliverables.

Continuous Improvement:

· Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data management practices.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.

· 5 years of directly related industry experience, with at least 3 years working with commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts.

· Familiarity with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

· Proficiency in desktop computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7 years of directly related, industry experience, 5 of which include working with DoD contracts

• 5 years business and PLM tools experience

• PMP certified

• Demonstrated leadership qualities

• Familiarity with 3DX and/or COBRA

Security Clearance Requirement:

• The ability to obtain and/or maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
