We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Assistant Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and fundraising while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of fundraising events, including venue selection, logistics management, and vendor coordination.
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their fundraising goals and objectives, ensuring that events are aligned with their mission and vision.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth execution of events, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Marketing and Promotion: Assist in developing marketing and promotional strategies to increase event attendance and support, contributing to the overall success of fundraising initiatives.
On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, managing registration, overseeing activities, and addressing any issues that arise to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for attendees.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to evaluate event performance and make recommendations for improvement, continuously striving for excellence and innovation.
