What You’ll Be Doing:
Executive Assistant, Finance
The role of an executive assistant is important to the success of the executive and, as a result, the company. An executive assistant helps the executive for whom they work with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
Collaboration Opportunities:
Executive Assistant II will be supporting Evolent’s Deputy CFO / SVP of Corp Finance, it’s Chief Actuary, and VP of Finance as well as working with other EA’s within the organization to support our leadership team. This position will report to the Deputy CFO .
What You Will Be Doing:
+ Manage complex calendars and prioritize meeting requests and events for the executive(s) including travel arrangements and other events for the executive(s).
+ Review, prioritize and respond to emails, phone calls and other correspondence on behalf of the executive(s), this also includes meeting notes and follow up on action items.
+ Organize and maintain records and databases related to the executive’s work including preparing and edit papers, reports, presentations and other materials.
+ Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
+ Research and analyze data and information to support the executive’s decision making.
+ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients, partners and vendors. This includes collaborative, effective and positive communication with other company Executive Assistants on scheduling and other project t
