Responsibilities: • Prepare Family Law related documents including pleadings and correspondence.  • Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients by analyzing their needs and determining the proper course of action.  • Represent clients in court.  • Must be prepared to step in and handle pieces of existing family law cases; as well as handle new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial.  Qualifications: • Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey. • Minimum of 3 years of family law experience but more experience preferred.  • Capable of handling own caseload with independent decision-making and some trial experience. • Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated and organized. • Excellent research skills.  • An existing book of business is a plus, but not required.  About Company: Our mission at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group is to build a team-oriented and collaborative firm that adapts to the changing needs of our clients and team members.
