Foreman Plumber-Commercial

We are now accepting applications for Foreman plumbers with New Construction Commercial experience in San Antonio, Texas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Foreman Plumbers will be responsible for supervising employees, installing, inspecting, and repairing plumbing pipes and systems to ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly.

JOB DUTIES:

• Review blueprints and confirm the project scope, budget and time
• Delegate tasks to team members
• Oversee each phase on-site to ensure the project moves smoothly
• Document materials and equipment use, as well as any problems that arise
• Produce regular status reports for upper management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of a plumbing certificate program or apprenticeship
• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience; supervisory role a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
