We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager for Pure Sweat Sauna Studios, Savannah, an infrared sauna and cold plunge lounge. This is an exciting opportunity for growth + leadership with Pure Sweat Sauna Studios that is growing locally + franchising nationally!

Your Role: You will be a leader + voice at the table within a rapidly growing + innovative company overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, sales and marketing, retail, events and team development, assuring all best practices, brand standards + goals are met, while fostering our best-in-class studio culture. This position also provides growth opportunities as the business expands locally.

Preferred Qualifications + Responsibilities:

  • Managerial experience within client services that use booking software
  • Knows how to build, lead and manage a cohesive, well-rounded and engaged team of 5-7 in a high volume environment
  • Manages, develops, and evaluates the performance of the team for ongoing success and future growth
  • Managing Staff scheduling and executing HR policies
  • Demonstration to set and execute strategies + goals
  • Experience working within wellness, retail, fitness or hospitality
  • Leads + executes the company’s marketing programs across partnerships, community outreach, emails + events
  • Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPIs), ordering, inventory and account management

Compensation:

  • Pay is commensurate with experience, and we believe in rewarding good work and nurturing growth
  • Monthly Sales + Bonus Commissions
  • Retail commission
  • Free Sauna + Cold Plunge services and wholesale retail to grow your wellness practice
  • Paid time off
