Groundskeeper - The Residences at Stadium Village

Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the community grounds and building exterior breezeways. Ensuring that grounds are aesthetically pleasing, functional by picking up trash, blowing out breezeways and power washing. Including pool decking sidewalks, etc.

Here is what your day will look like as our Groundskeeper:

As our meticulous Groundskeeper, you will enjoy working outside in the open air! You are the kind of person who sees all the little details and really just does what it takes to get the job done! Your role focuses around creating a clean and welcoming environment for all of the residents, prospects, employees, and clients alike. Our residents will love the Groundskeeper that has a smiling face, a friendly personality, and truly cares about making their home a beautiful place to live!

A few things that your day-to-day might include:

• Daily property walks to maintain a well-kept and manicured curb appeal.
• Independent work while you pick up trash on the property and in common areas, such as the driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, breezeways, laundry rooms, mail rooms, and any other public areas.
• Assisting with light cleaning and repairs prior to new resident move-ins.
• Updating the Lead Tech or Business Manger with status of work and communicate any potential liabilities.
• Ensuring adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Notifying supervisor when supplies are needed or an issue needs attention.
• Assisting the office staff, as needed, with posting notices on resident doors.
• Ensure that policies and procedures as well as safety and compliance expectations are met.
