As a Healthcare Program Coordinator, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to reach out to eligible Medicaid members under a Centene health plan, offering them access to our Disease Management Health Coaching program. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable with phone communication and proficient in computer usage.
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a call center environment
Knowledge of healthcare systems and processes
Commitment to attendance during the initial 90-day period
