Job Description - HR Coordinator

Position Overview:
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources processes. You will collaborate closely with HR managers and team members to facilitate recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance management, and other HR activities. Job Description:
  • The HR Coordinator role will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative duties
  • This position will be responsible for daily HR functions such as supporting the recruitment process to help grow talent pipeline, onboarding new hires), maintaining personnel related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc), producing and submitting reports on general HR activity and assisting with other ad-hoc HR projects
  • Serve as a trusted resource in helping team members navigate through our benefit offerings and technology platforms, and answer basic HR questions and requests, or escalate as needed
  • Maintaining both hard and digital employee records
  • Support HR process by, tracking background and pre-employment drug screens, etc
  • Scheduling and facilitating new hire orientation, updating new hire records within the system
  • Creation of and submitting reports on general HR activity, i.e. new hire and turnover reports, leaves, exit interviews, etc
  • Coordinating employee training sessions
  • Supports other functions as assigned
  • Embrace a variety of responsibilities as needed, showing versatility and commitment to excellence
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role in the pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws/regulations is preferred.
