Junior Content & Marketing Specialist (AI-assisted) (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Junior Content & Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Team and to support our online visibility and brand presence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional storytelling and cutting-edge automation, transforming long-form ideas into high-performing social videos and SEO-optimized articles.

What you’ll do

• AI-Assisted Content Creation: Support the creation and optimization of blog and social content (including video content) using AI tools to improve reach, engagement, and search visibility.
• Short-Form Video Creation and Editing: Collaborate on producing engaging, “scroll-stopping” native videos for social platforms.
• Content Repurposing: Use AI tools to transform long-form content into high-performing Reels, Shorts, and Stories that drive traffic and engagement.
• Content Optimization: Refresh existing blog posts with guided, AI-supported updates to improve performance and rankings.
• Internal Linking & Growth: Help to strengthen our website’s structure by identifying and adding internal links using AI-driven workflows to boost SEO and user journeys.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets SEO and brand standards, including clear structure, metadata, and accessibility (headers, alt-text, etc.).

What we’re looking for

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tools for content creation and optimization.
• Design & Video Basics: Ability to use tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Figma etc.) to create clean, engaging content.
• AI: Confident using AI for ideation, editing, repurposing, and workflow automation. 
• Detail-Oriented: You catch small issues before they go live and care about content quality.
• Communication: Fluent in both Polish and English.

Salary:
UoP: 5395 - 6225 PLN brutto

B2B: 6500 - 7 500 PLN netto + VAT
