Laboratory Sales Executive

Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Laboratory Sales Executive to join a molecular diagnostic laboratory located near Scranton, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and driving business growth in the diagnostic lab industry. This role offers significant growth opportunities within this expanding laboratory.

Work Location: REMOTE

Candidates with a book of business in Utah, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio or Colorado are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to effectively position our services in the market.

Requirements:

• Must have an existing book of business within diagnostic lab sales.
• Proven experience in diagnostic lab sales.

Compensation:

• Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000 (total comp could be upwards of $500,000.00 per year)
