Role – Associate Attorney

• Providing legal counsel: Offering expert guidance to clients on cybersecurity laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

• Policy development: Collaborating with clients to develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident response plans tailored to their specific needs and regulatory requirements.

• Due diligence: Conducting cybersecurity due diligence assessments as part of mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships to identify potential risks and liabilities related to data security.

• Advocacy and representation: Representing clients in legal proceedings related to cybersecurity matters, including litigation, arbitration, or regulatory enforcement actions

Requirements

• Admitted in NY

• Have a law firm background.

• Client following and boardroom presence

• Experience with Government clients

• Would consider an Equity Partner with a book of business of $6 Million
