Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions on our website. This is a full-time Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for customers - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Monitor chat logs and provide feedback to improve the customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Experience with live chat software is a plus
