Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and reliable Live Chat Associate to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities to effectively manage live chat interactions with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and technical support - Utilize strategic planning to drive sales and promote customer satisfaction through live chat interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and continuously improve processes based on feedback and data analysis

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or live chat support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software applications
