Job Overview:

The mission is to ensure the customers’ orders are delivered when they want them, where they want them, and how they want them in a safe and cost-effective manner. To help accomplish this mission, we are searching for logistics personnel responsible for receiving inventory items, verifying incoming products, stock inventory, and distributing and replenishing production as needed. Experience with various types of material handling equipment, including a sit-down forklift. In addition, depending on facility placement candidate will also be expected to drive the company’s non-CDL 24’ box truck and have the appropriate license. There will be split time between driving duties and warehouse duties. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Receive customer product electronically in the ERP system 

• Perform necessary shipping duties to meet customer deliveries, paperwork, AMZ vehicles, LTL or Parcel 

• Contact the customer when needed to let them know their parts are ready for pickup 

• Complete necessary transactions on customer’s web site (portal) 

• Read and interpret drawings and understand specification requirements 

• Understand the production schedule and be able to properly pull items for production work orders 

• Ability to operate a forklift and perform other material handling as needed 

• Maintain traceability of parts and perform data entry into the ERP system 

• Understand and process internal job packets, receipt to billing 

• Store/warehouse parts with a forklift using a bin location racking system 

• Data entry of part location stored in the warehouse into an ERP system 

• Able to drive company non-CDL straight trucks (24’ to 26’)
