First Shift: Monday through Friday 8 AM until 5 PM

What you will do:

• Coordinates the movement of products between Stryker warehouse and 3rd party warehouses through all 3PL companies.

• Ensure timely review and payment of bills with all freight forwarders.

• Manages all aspects of shipping documentation: creation of shipment authorization paperwork, verification of packing slips, and coordination of 3PL partners on the creation of freight and customs documentation.

• Review and update Inventory standard operating procedures and Work Instructions, providing updates as needed.

• Demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment, engaging, interacting, and responding promptly, accurately, courteously, and poised to encourage positive business relationships.

• Process all work following relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.

• Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, and/or shipments.

• Meet work schedule and overtime requirements including weekends.

What you need:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

• High School diploma required.

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical, organizational and business skills.

• Proficiency in MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), with a preference for SAP experience.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time to conduct site visits.
