Minimum - BA/BS in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or other related discipline, plus 3+ years of experience in retail management and distribution/warehouse operations; or combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass drug test

- Participate in planning associate safety and plant-protection activities and training
- Establish and communicate annual goals to Distribution Center associates
- Assist in planning operational and capital budgets
- Communicate with labor unions as the management representative for the Company
- Negotiate and approve vendor contracts for supplies
- Coordinate applicable distribution activities with merchandising, operations and store associates
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
