As a Marketing and Communications Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote our fundraising events and initiatives.
• Crafting compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, press releases, and promotional materials.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of fundraising events, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Engaging with the community and media to raise awareness about our events and causes.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
• Developing press releases and coordinating with media outlets to secure coverage for events.
• Assisting in organizing and promoting fundraising events, including logistical support and on-site coordination.
• Maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and partners through regular communication and updates.
• Monitoring social media and other communication channels to engage with the audience and respond to inquiries.
• Supporting the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
• Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and communication efforts, using data to inform future strategies.
