Job Description - Office Support Specialist

Office Support Specialist - Dispatcher and Biller Location King of Prussia, PA :

Company Overview: Triad Lifts is a King of Prussia Based elevator contractor which is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our valued customers. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist, focusing on dispatching and billing responsibilities.

Position Overview: As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily business activities. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The primary responsibilities include dispatching tasks and handling billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatcher Duties:
  • Receive and prioritize incoming service requests or work orders.
  • Coordinate and dispatch field personnel efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients and field staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatches, and employee schedules.
  • Billing Responsibilities:
  • Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for services rendered.
  • Verify billing information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Address customer inquiries related to billing and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dispatcher and/or Biller in an office setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and billing systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in relevant fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
