Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

As an Online Client Support Officer at Consolidated Edison in San Diego, California, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via online channels. You will be the main point of contact for clients who require assistance with our services, resolving any issues they may have promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 3. Communicate with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met. 4. Document all client interactions and provide detailed notes for reference. 5. Collaborate with other team members to address complex client issues and provide a seamless support experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients with their needs. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide suggestions to streamline operations.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or client support. 2. Energetic and confident personality traits to engage with clients effectively. 3. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills to work well in a collaborative environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. 7. Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in client support. 8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
