Job Title: Operations IT Specialist — Birmingham, AL

Location: Remote or On‑Site (Georgia/Alabama preferred)

What You’ll Do

• Support our internal teams with Microsoft systems and tools


• Manage help desk and IT support requests


• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related platforms


• Provide rapid on‑site support to internal staff at client locations


• Travel within a 4‑hour radius of Birmingham, AL


• Assist with Power Platform solutions and Power BI reporting needs

What You Bring

• Strong Microsoft expertise


• Solid help desk/IT support background


• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)


• Exposure to Power BI dashboards or reporting


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Willingness to travel to support internal field teams


• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
