Job Summary

• Safe operation of various types of heavy equipment and DOT regulated vehicles on construction paving crew. This is a union position.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate various types of heavy equipment used on paving crew
• Operate various DOT regulated vehicles
• Participate in daily safety huddles

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• CDL license with medical exam card

Skills

• Able to work as a team
• Safety oriented
• Knowledge of operating various types of heavy equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Able to get in and out of various types of equipment
• Able to work various hours 
• Able to work in various weather conditions
• Able to stand, walk, sit for various lengths of time
