Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sportsbook. • Efficiently operate communication equipment to communicate to drivers and Southland Casino locations in need of service
• Answer multi-line telephone, maintaining a professional office environment and professional relations with internal and external customers in accordance with our established customer service program
• Operate GPS equipment to track locations of Southland Casino mobile personnel, inputting data into the dispatch report in accordance with procedures
• Effective communication with management regarding service issues and break downs

• Effective written and oral communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, data base activity, and keyboarding
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Ability to focus and understand GPS monitoring maps for extended periods of time, sitting with breaks for the duration of shift, typically 8 hours
• Ability to work with others in limited space capacity
• Adequate vision capabilities
