Pricing Coordinator

As a Remote Pricing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately coordinate, review, and process pricing requests and bid proposals. You'll collaborate closely with our dynamic team of Logistic Solution Managers, ensuring that pricing information is updated promptly in our systems for seamless rate and billing application. Plus, you'll have the chance to assist in various pricing functions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities: Coordinate, review, and process pricing requests, bid proposals, and contract management submissions from our Logistic Solution Managers.
Provide valuable feedback to our team based on the results of pricing actions.
Maintain telephone etiquette while responding to field queries.
Prepare and update pricing publications accurately.
Assist in various pricing functions, including General Rate Increase and Contract Management processes.
Embrace and support new technologies and processes aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of pricing tasks.
Requirements: This role is remote, so you must adhere to our Teleworking policy.
Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with customers and team members.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in business mathematics.
Preferably, a background in the transportation industry.
Proficiency in PC usage and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Basic knowledge of office equipment such as computers, calculators, and fax machines.
Flexibility to work as needed and occasional travel may be required.
A degree in business, mathematics, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
