Project Manager - Hospital and Healthcare Construction

Most of our projects are in eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey, specializing in healthcare, public works, hospitality, mixed-use, and education construction. We're a medium sized organization with a close & tight-knit team and a leadership suite that truly express a people first mentality. We're looking to expand out our healthcare division and looking for an experience Project Manager to join our team!

What You Need

• 5 years of project management experience
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Procore software suite(s)
• Bachelors Degree in Construction or similar field preferred, but not required
• Design and Field experience is a plus

What You Will Be Doing

• Project Management and estimating
• Quantity take-offs and project scheduling
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site field supervision
• Manage subcontracts and purchase orders
• Attend internal/external partner and stake holder meetings
