Promotional Marketing Assistant

We are dedicated to generating increased donations and awareness for charitable causes in our community. As a Promotional Marketing Assistant, you'll collaborate with our promotional marketing team, assisting with administrative, advertising, marketing, and sales tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, set up, and execute promotional marketing events to raise awareness and drive increased donations for our charity partners.
• Arrange promotional displays and visual merchandising required at each promotional event.
• Aid in the development and implementation of promotional materials.
• Engage in basic fundraising activities.
• Maintain relationships with business partners, marketing/advertising clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• College degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred, OR 1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or a related setting. Internship experience and previous entry-level roles will also be considered.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and planning abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Availability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions.
• Strong time management skills and adherence to schedules.
• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service for clients and consumers.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
